The episode starts with Tubbs and Crockett inside the OCB listening to a campaign commercial. This was filmed on set inside Stage A at Greenwich Studios.

Then we see the Vice crew on location stopping the party train. This was filmed on location at the Gold Coast Railroad Museum. The former Naval Air Station Richmond. 12450 SW 152nd Street, Miami.

The 113 locomotive is pulling the Silver Stag. A rail car still located at the Gold Coast Railroad Museum and you can still enter and explore the rolling stock and even the 113 locomotive.

Crockett and Tubbs enter from one end of the train but Tubbs quickly reroutes to catch a fleeing female and patron. This is not inside the Silver Stag but they are inside the Silver Crescent.

The man and woman came out of this room. Room A of the Silver Crescent car.

Tubbs enters the rear of the Silver Crescent and puts a halt to the pursuit. My friend DanJ stands in for Tubbs in the photo below right.

Burn Notice not only filmed at the Gold Coast Railroad Museum but chose the exact same locomotive to use as Fiona’s perch in episode 29 of Burn Notice, Friends and Family.

Then we see the standard season 4 opening montage.

Act 1 opens with an exterior establishing shot of Gold Coast Shipping with a gray car passing in the background. This is reused footage, originally seen in When Irish Eyes Are Crying. It has since been seen in Cuba Libre, Heroes of the Revolution, and the Cows of October. This is the last time we see this version of the exterior establishing shot.

Then we go inside. Filmed on set in Stage A of Greenwich Studios.

Then we go to Pierce’s office. We see South Pointe Park in the background which helped locate this filming location. This was filmed on location at 400 South Pointe Drive. The South Pointe Tower.

Then we go to the prosecutor's office. Almost certainly a set built at Greenwich Studios but I have not confirmed this 100%, yet.

Then we return to the interior of the OCB. Filmed on set at Greenwich Studios.

Then we go to a house where we see Barry and Angelica meeting. This was filmed on location on Sunset Island 1. 1720 W 28th Street, Miami Beach. We see the Sunset Drive bridge and 2700 Sunset Drive in the background.

Then we see them talking over drinks. This was filmed on location at the Wet Paint Cafe. 915 Lincoln Road Mall, Miami Beach.

Then we see Crockett and Tubbs at Pierce’s press conference. I am 99% sure that this was filmed on location at the South Point Theater, adjacent to South Point Tower. The theater was torn down early in 2010.

Next we see Crockett and Tubbs meet with Grover Watkins. This meeting was filmed on location inside the lobby of the Biltmore Hotel. 1200 Anastasia Ave., Coral Gables.

Then we return to the interior of the OCB. Filmed on set at Greenwich Studios.

Then we return to Pierce’s office. At the start of the scene we see the old theater in South Pointe Park that was near Smith and Wollensky Restaurant. This theater was torn down in the first two months of 2010.

Then we see Fraizer meet with Pierce before Pierce bails out of the race. This may have been filmed at the South Pointe Theater but I have not had that confirmed yet, 100%. Location unconfirmed.

Then we see Crockett and Tubbs feeling the heat back at the police station. Filmed on set at Greenwich Studios.

Then we see a nice panning view from Lincoln Road Mall looking SW over the bay. This is reused footage from Heart Of Darkness where it was even nicer due to the music accompanying it then.

Then we see Fraizer getting his payoff. This was filmed on location at the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables. At the rear, center of the hotel. We see this same part of the Biltmore in the movie, Bad Boys.
