The episode starts off with a strange man surrounded by dolls, drugging a young girl. This was likely filmed at the studio but I have not confirmed that yet though it is extremely likely a set at the studio. At 80 seconds in length, this is not only the shortest teaser of season 4 but the shortest teaser of the entire series.

Then we see the standard season 4 opening montage.

Act 1 opens with Crockett and Tubbs arriving at a nice looking residence. This was filmed on location at 1727 West 27th Street, Sunset Island 2, Miami Beach. This may look familiar as this home was also used in: Evan, Little Miss Dangerous, and Lend Me An Ear.

Then we cut to nighttime with the strange man dumping the body of the young girl in a dumpster accompanied with a matching doll. This was filmed on location on Collins Ct., Miami Beach. We see the man walking southbound at the rear of Club Z, 1235 Washington Avenue. He is on Collins Court walking south toward 12th Street.

Then we cut back to Crockett and Tubbs. Filmed on location at 1727 West 27th Street Sunset Island 2.

Then we cut to the interior of the Police Department. This was filmed on set inside Greenwich Studios.

Then we return to Crockett and Tubbs. Also filmed on location at 1727 West 27th Street.

Then back to the doll room. Location unconfirmed but likely a studio set.

Then we return to the interior of the OCB, Filmed on set inside Stage A at Greenwich Studios.

Then we go to an amusement park. Based on clues seen in a later scene where they return to the park I was able to figure out where this was filmed. This was one of the rare occurrences where they traveled north out of Miami to Broward County to film. This was filmed on location at 6 Flags Atlantis, Sterling Road at Interstate 95, Dania, Fl. At the time of Miami Vice filming this was the largest water theme park in the world. The scenes filmed there in this episode are by far the best historical record of the park, that is long gone (since Hurricane Andrew, 1992). The area is now a shopping plaza. The Italian movie The Genii was also filmed at this park. The movie Shottas also filmed at this location but after the park was gone and it was a shopping complex.

The water tower and building in the background are clues that may lead to finding this location.

Then they recover another victim. Filming location unknown.

Then we return to C+T at the same house on Sunset Island where things are heating up.

Then we go to a park to search for another victim. Filming location unknown.

Then we go to a press conference. Filming location unknown.

Intercut we see Delgado in with his dolls. Filming location unknown. Likely a studio set.

Then we return to Sunset Island 2.

Then we return to the Police Department, filmed on set at the studio.

Then we see Delagado at the beach, prospecting. He is parked in Lummus Park in the 1200 block of Ocean Drive. The Leslie Hotel can be seen in the background.

Then we return to Sunset Island 2 where Castillo pays a visit. Filmed there on location.

Then we see Delagado back at the beach looking for a victim. He is still in Lummus park in front of 1238 Ocean Drive.

Then we return to 1727 West 27th Street, Sunset Island 2.

In this scene we see the house in the background that was used in episode 81, Vote Of Confidence.

Then we see Delgado at work. This was filmed on location at the instantly recognizable, Club Deuce Bar. 222 14th Street, Miami Beach.

Then we see re-used footage from the Pilot, and Rock and a Hard Place. Driving west on Calle Ocho/SW 8th Street by SW 36th Ave.

Then we see a shot of a group standing on the side of Club Deuce in the Collins Court alley.

Then re-used footage from The Home Invaders of Wolfies, Collins Avenue and 21st Street.

Then past 231 14th Street. This is directly opposite Club Deuce and is now a tattoo shop.

Then southbound on Collins Avenue by the Dilido Hotel, 1600 block.
