Then we see Tubbs return to skid row, filmed at the same location next to Big Fish on SW Miami Avenue Road.
Then we see the 4 bad cops inside their warehouse. Filmed on the Miami River in the same spot (1090 NW N. River Dr.) by NW 11th Ave., that we have seen throughout the episode.
They talk via phone to Montana who is on the exterior of Greenwich Studios, with the stage in the background.
Then we see Tubbs catch Montana in the files at South Beach P.D. This was filmed on set at the studio.
Then we see Montana in jail. Location Unknown.
Then we see them back at Montana’s skid row lot. Filmed along the south bank of the Miami River by Big Fish. The same location as previously seen in the episode.
Then we go inside the OCB where Tubbs promotes his plan.
Then we see the Vice crew go into action at the bad cops warehouse on the north bank of the Miami River. The police are parked right outside the warehouse on NW 11th Avenue.
Then we see another instance where they flipped or reversed an image. The establishing shot is reversed. The backward signs are a dead give away. This final scene of the episode was filmed on location on NE 7th Street just west of NE 2nd Avenue in downtown Miami.
The location is barely recognizable today with the new construction.
The image has been righted and the signs easily read.
