The episode starts with “Previously on Miami Vice.” Then we see footage from Forgive Us Our Debts. This was the second and final time that “Previously on Miami Vice” was used in the series. The other being in Rock and A Hard Place.

Then we cut to current time, 2 years later. We are on location at an upscale home where home invaders execute a family. Filming location unknown.

Then we see the standard season 4 opening montage.

Act 1 opens with Caitlin on a payphone talking to Crockett. Crockett is in the OCB, filmed on set at Greenwich Studios. Caitlin was very likely also filmed at the studio but I have not confirmed that yet 100%.

Then we see an establishing shot of the entrance to the Coroner’s Office. This looks like stock footage and likely in Los Angeles. Then we go inside. This has every appearance of being a set at the studio and I would be very surprised if it were filmed on location. Location unconfirmed.

Then we see C+T in Tubb’s car. This was filmed at Crockett’s original marina, Miami Marina at Bayside. Looking east.

Then we cut to Johnny Blatt’s house. We first see an exterior establishing shot of a house. Thanks to Davros who found this location and was kind enough to e-mail me the information. We now know that this was filmed on location at 2538 Lincoln Avenue, Miami. Thanks again Davros.

Then we go inside. Certainly appears to have been filmed on location at 2538 Lincoln Avenue but I have not confirmed this yet 100%.

Then we see an exterior establishing shot of the OCB-Gold Coast Shipping re-used from Phil The Shill.

Then we go inside. Filmed on set inside Stage A at Greenwich Studios.

Then we cut to Hackman’s hideout. This location no longer exist and proved to be a difficult find taking some time. This was filmed on location at the City of Miami, Solid Waste Department, 1290 NW 20th Street, Miami. We saw this location used in the previous episode, A Bullet For Crockett.

Then we cut to Izzy’s jewelry store. Location unknown.

Then inside the OCB, filmed on studio set.

Where Crockett talks with Caitlin via the phone. Caitlin was filmed on location at Club Z, 1235 Washington Avenue, Miami Beach.

Then we see the Testarossa eastbound on the MacArthur Causeway. This is re-used footage from Blood and Roses. There it was a reversed image but here it appears correctly.

Then we see Crockett and Tubbs headed eastbound on NE 123rd Street in the 2300 block headed toward the bay.

It cuts and we see them continuing NE 123rd Street passing the Whitehouse Inn Motel which we saw in The Home Invaders.

Then back on the MacArthur Causeway, again eastbound, though at first glance it looks like they are going westbound until you realize the image is reversed and the mirror is on the wrong side of the car. This is also re-used footage from Blood and Roses.
