The episode starts in a darkened room as a woman is carried in. This is a film and it is being played at the rear of a familiar hotel. This was filmed on location at the rear of the Corsair Hotel, 101 Ocean Drive, Miami Beach. We have seen the Corsair Hotel used in Buddies and Sons and Lovers as well as in the movie Tony Rome.

As seen in Tony Rome as Tony chases a thug out the rear of the Corsair Hotel.

Then we see the standard season 4 opening montage.

Act 1 opens inside the police station, a set at Greenwich Studios.

This leads us to Collins Court at the rear of Club Z, 1235 Washington Avenue. We have seen Club Z used in Brother’s Keeper, Knock Knock...Who’s There, and Streetwise. We have also seen it used in the movies, Miami Vice 2006 and Chains of Gold. Also seen in the Burn Notice episode, Blind Spot.

Then we go inside 1235 Washington Avenue, now Mansion nightclub.

Then we see Tubbs go to work investigating. This was filmed on location at the Miami Woman’s Club. We have since seen this location used in Burn Notice. Episode 22, Do No Harm.

Omni parking garage is seen in the background.

Then we see an exterior establishing shot of the Venice Adult Theater. This is stock footage from California.

Then we go inside. This was most likely a set but I have not confirmed this yet.

Then we see C+T enter a shabby looking hotel. I do not recognize this unique hotel, Location unknown.

Then we go inside the OCB where Crockett looks into her eyes and says they’re dead. Filmed on set inside Greenwich Studios.

Crockett and Tubbs continue the investigation. This looks like a set but that has not been confirmed. Location unknown.

Then we see Crockett return to the adult theater, Location unknown.

Then we see Gina and Trudy enter a hotel lobby that is being used as an art studio. This was filmed at the Park Central Hotel, 640 Ocean Drive, Miami Beach. The unique floor pattern and the neon sign in the window- “The Central Lounge” helped identify this location. We have seen this location used previously in The Savage.

Then we see Crockett continue to investigate. Location unknown.

Then we go to a roof-top celebration. This was filmed atop The Grand Doubletree Hotel located at 1717 North Bayshore Drive next to the Miami Woman’s Club.

The locker scene was likely filmed at the studio.

Then we go to Watson Island where the St. Vitus Dance is docked. Well at least for this first establishing shot we are at Watson Island because this is re-used footage.

Then we go inside. The interior shots and following scene on deck was filmed at Crockett’s original Marina. Miami Marina at Bayside where he was for most of the first two seasons.

Then we see Crockett return to Jillie’s apartment. Location unknown.

Then we return to the OCB, filmed on set at Greenwich Studios.

Then we see C+T headed northbound on Collins Avenue thru the Fontainebleau curve with the Barcelona Hotel seen in the background.

They continue north past the Fontainebleau, 4441 Collins Ave. This is reused footage from Killshot and Theresa.

Then we see C+T arrest Glantz at 1235 Washington Avenue.

Then we return to the OCB (set).

Then we see an exterior establishing shot of the Suntrust Building on Lincoln Road Mall. This is the same building that Crockett gave a concerned look to in episode 4, Hit List/Calderone’s Return.

Then we see them coming out of the Miami Beach Police Department. 1101 Washington Avenue, Miami Beach. We have seen this location used previously in Knock, Knock...Who’s There, and Everybody’s in Showbiz.
